Ridgeway Limited Mission

To provide a constructive, creative and effective interim management resource to enable our customers to continue and/or develop their business.

What is an interim manager?

Whether your company is trading in a local or a global market you are constantly trying to balance your resources. You need to be lean enough to compete and yet agile enough to respond quickly to a market opportunity or a change in circumstances. It is an impossible balancing act unless you take a flexible approach towards staffing. This is where interim management comes in. Interim managers enable you to expand or contract your companies management at will with individuals who have the knowledge and experience best suited to the circumstances that you find your company in.

Interim managers are accountable to you, the client company, not like consultants who are accountable to their consultancy. Interim managers have line responsibility; they make decisions based on their knowledge and experience, and implement actions.

What is the difference between an interim manager and a consultant?

As you would expect there is a degree of overlap between the two but generally the difference is that the interim manager takes responsibility to implement a course of action.

What knowledge and experience does Ridgeway Limited offer?
